Shipping Policy

We ship physical baby, maternity, postpartum, feeding, grooming, wellness, and children’s care products to eligible United States addresses. The delivery choices and any free-shipping eligibility shown during checkout are the terms that apply to an order.

Processing and transit

Normal order preparation takes approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier capacity, or address review can add time.

Accurate delivery details

Please provide a complete address, email, and phone number at checkout. Tracking updates are sent when available. Contact us with the order number and checkout email if tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, a carrier marks it delivered but it cannot be found, or the package arrives damaged. For damage, keep the packaging and include clear photos.

Restrictions and support

Carrier rules, oversized items, remote areas, and restricted destinations may limit service. We may request extra address information before dispatch. Shipping questions should include the order number, checkout email, delivery address, and tracking number when one has been issued.
